Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. One-off builds are just that — one-off. Retainers (marketing, SEO, care) run month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. We’d rather keep you because the work pays off, not because you’re locked in.
Can I mix and match services?
Absolutely — most clients do. A starter site plus social setup plus a care plan, for example. Bundle a few services and we’ll put together a combined price.
What about ad spend?
Management fees are separate from the money that goes to Meta or Google. Your ad budget is billed directly by the platforms, so you stay in full control of it.
How are custom builds priced?
We scope the project, agree a fixed price up front, and only then start building. No open-ended hourly surprises. Larger builds can be split into milestone payments.
Do you work with clients outside Cape Town?
Yes — most work is done remotely. Local clients can meet in person; everyone else gets the same service over email, call and screen-share.
